Saba Pishro Kala Company
We are a group of private companies with a common shareholder, which are active in the procurement and distribution of essential agricultural commodities. The range of goods imported includes rice, wheat, edible oils, raw cane sugar, soybean, soybean meal, feed corn and feed barley. During the year ending 20 March 2018 Saba Pishro Kala imported almost 610,000 tonnes of agricultural commodities. Imported agri-commodities are distributed using our integrated distribution channels throughout Iran. The Group maintains tolling contracts with more than 10 refineries in key geographic locations throughout the country to refine imported raw sugar and address the requirements of end-users.
The Group owns and operates 4 of the largest warehouses in Bandar Imam Khomeini for storing imported agri-commodities which feeds the Group’s distribution network.
We have also commenced the construction of a raw sugar refinery with the capacity of 165,000 tonnes per annum in Chabahar and a sugar beet processing in Ilam with the capacity of 1.8 million tonnes per annum
The construction of the Ilam site was started in late 2017 and is due to be completed by the end of 2020.

Since its establishment 20 years ago, the Group has gradually grown in vertical integration in addressing our customer base both in protein industry (poultry and cattle farms) and direct human consumption (white sugar, rice and edible oils). Our Dariush and Fadak are well-known and loved brands of rice in Iran.
